Cutting oil

This cutting fluid is an extreme pressure emulsified metalworking fluid with good performance, good antibacterial ability and long service life; good hard water resistance, can meet the use of water quality environments in various regions; good extreme pressure lubricity, effectively protect the tool and extend the service life; can meet the stringent requirements of various difficult-to-process metal materials.
Recommended use:

Can be used for cutting of stainless steel, titanium alloy, cemented carbide, high carbon steel, etc. ◎ Used for multi-station processing in CNC machining centers, and also for cutting of general lathes. ◎ Widely used in mold manufacturing, hardware machinery, automotive parts, etc.
◎ Recommended concentration: 3%-5% for general grinding, 5%-10% for medium-load processing
